Cancellation Policy

Clients must cancel or reschedule appointment at least 24hrs in advance

 

Cancellation Fees

Cancellation made with less than 24hrs notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service cost.

 

Group bookings 

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. This will go towards the final bill. 

 

Emergencies 

I understand that emergencies happen. Please reach out if you have a valid reason. Exceptions may be made at my discretion.
